C. We will not place ads on your site.

C. Yes, we allow sites to have commercial advertisements.
S. What forms of payment do you accept?
C. We accept mail in payment and credit card.
S. Are your servers Unix or NT?
C. Our servers are Linux Red Hat 7.3 and Red Hat 9.0
S. Do you allow adult sites?
C. No, we do NOT allow adult sites.
S. Is tax included with my monthly or yearly plan?
C. Yes 18% V.A.T is included in all our plans...
S. What control panel do you use and do you have a demo?
C. The control panel we use is called CPanel. You can login with the username demo, and the password demo to our demo of Cpanel.
S. How frequently will I need to pay?
C. You may pay monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual. If you decide to pay annually, you will pay 10 times the monthly price for a full year.
S. How long does it take to setup my account?
C. Your account will be setup within at most 24 hours of ordering.
S. Are there any hidden costs, or setup fees?
C. No.
S. Do you offer telnet or shell access?
C. No, due to security reasons, we do not offer telnet or shell access. You are still able to unzip files on the server using our file manager as well as the ability to setup cron jobs.
S. Can I password protect directories?
C. Yes you can password protect directories within CPanel.
DNS
S. How long does it take to get my domain working?
C. It usually takes 24-48 hours for a domain to fully propagate.
S. What do I set my domain's name servers to?
C. You set your domain's Primary Name Server to ns83.websitewelcome.com (70.84.139.146) and Secondary Name Server to ns84.websitewelcome.com (70.84.139.146).

S. Do you have a manual for our control panel?
C. Go to http://www.cpanel.net/docs/pdf/cpanel/
S. Where do I login to my control panel?
C. You go to http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel or you may use the login window you see on your left in this website.
S. How do I make sub-domains?
C. To make a sub-domain login to your control panel and click "domain management". Inside the domain management you will see a place to manage and add sub-domains.
FTP
S. Where can I download a free FTP program?
C. We recommend downloading WS FTP.
S. I designed my website. How will I upload my files?
If you wish to upload using FTP, use your FTP credentials to connect to your ftp server. Your ftp server is your domain name with "ftp." in front it and your ftp username and password are the same with your control panel username and password. Upload your files to public_html folder. If you designed your site using Frontpage, select "Publish to Web" within Frontpage and fill in your username and password (same with control panel username and password).
S. It's not letting me upload my files. What's wrong?
C. Make sure you are uploading to the right web directory which is the public_html folder.

E-Mail
S. How do I create e-mail accounts?
C. To create an email account, login to your control panel and click add/remove email accounts.
S. What do I put for both incoming and outgoing mail server?
C. For both incoming and outgoing mail server put mail.yourdomain.com
S. Where do I go to check my e-mails using my browser?
You may use http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail .
S. How can I setup webmail to go directly to horde, neomail or squirrel mail?
C. Login to the one you prefer to use, after doing so copy the entire url from your address bar. Now login to your CPanel and create a subdomain (i.e. webmail) and redirect this subdomain to go to the address you just copied. If you used the name "webmail" for your subdomain, you can reach your webmail program directly from http://webmail.yourdomain.com/ .
